Return & Refund Policy – OPUS Battery

📦 Returns

Due to the nature of lithium-ion batteries and electrical products, we follow a limited return policy.

We offer returns only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product dispatch.

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

✅ Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The battery must be unused and uninstalled

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • No physical damage, tampering, or wiring marks

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory

⚠️ Once a battery is installed or used, return will not be accepted.

📩 How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please contact us at:

Please share:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping will be arranged only after approval

  • Shipping method and instructions will be shared by our team

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

🔧 Damaged or Wrong Item Received

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If the product is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective on arrival

  • Wrong model sent

Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used batteries

  • Damage due to wrong charger or wiring

  • Physical damage or water damage

  • Custom-built or special-order batteries

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Gift cards

Lithium batteries fall under hazardous electrical goods, therefore general returns are not applicable.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • Wrong product was shipped

  • Manufacturing defect is verified

After approval, replacement will be dispatched accordingly.

💰 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Bank processing time may vary
