OPUS Battery is committed to delivering lithium-ion batteries safely and securely across India.
Due to the nature of lithium batteries, all shipments are handled in accordance with safety regulations applicable to electrical and hazardous goods.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities in India

  • Select rural and semi-urban areas, subject to courier availability

International shipping is not available at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after:

  • Successful payment confirmation

  • Technical verification, where required

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working business day.

SHIPPING METHOD

Lithium-ion batteries are shipped through:

  • Surface transport

  • Authorized logistics partners

  • Transport agencies approved for battery and electrical goods

Air shipping is generally not permitted for lithium batteries.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on destination.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Local transport regulations

  • Remote location access

OPUS Battery is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges may apply based on:

  • Battery voltage and capacity

  • Weight of the product

  • Delivery location

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated at checkout or confirmed through WhatsApp before dispatch.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once the order is dispatched:

  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email where available

Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid return or delay.

PACKAGING AND SAFETY

All batteries are:

  • Tested before dispatch

  • Packed securely to prevent movement

  • Protected using industry-standard safety materials

OPUS Battery follows proper packaging practices suitable for lithium-ion battery transportation.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICY

Customers are requested to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If the shipment appears damaged:

  • Take clear photos or video

  • Do not install or use the battery

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Damage claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.

FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURN TO ORIGIN

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may be returned to the origin address.

In such cases:

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted

  • Re-dispatch will require additional shipping payment

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

Lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazardous electrical goods.

Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician.

OPUS Battery shall not be responsible for damage caused due to:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Use of incompatible chargers

  • Electrical modification

  • Physical or water damage after delivery

NON-DELIVERABLE AREAS

Certain pin codes may not be serviceable due to logistics restrictions for battery transport.

In such cases, customers will be informed prior to dispatch.
